Love and Happiness

Where can one really find true happiness in love?

Does seeing the one whom one loves is happily together with another
makes one happy?
Afterall,
what really matters is that he/she is happily with another?
Or does it have to be being together with the one you love makes you happy?

If not, what does true happiness in love mean?
Where on earth can one really find love and happiness at the same time?
